Grapefruit and Basil Gin and Tonic

The grapefruit emphasises the sweet citrus flavours of the gin, and the basil highlights the fresh clean finish.


  • 50 ml Martin Millers Gin
  • Slice of Pink Grapefruit
  • Premium Tonic
  • 2 fresh Basil leaves


  1. Fill a large balloon glass or hi ball with ice. 
  2. Pour Gin over the ice. Top up with tonic. 
  3. Garnish with the pink grapefruit and basil leaves.
